During the Cavaliers Vs Orlando game, Lebron James ended up getting hurt in the third quarter. James was going up to block a shot that was called a foul on him, but as soon as he landed his foot was caught under neath him. James was shaken up and he took a couple of minutes before he got up. James started flexing his knee to make sure that nothing was broken or sprained. Lebron James did not leave and stayed in the game. James finished the game with 21 points, 13 assists, and 8 rebounds, but James only said "I hope so, we'll see how it goes" when he was asked what happened to his leg. This is scary for James because he could of easily have broke his leg. I saw the video and James lucked out because I thought for sure his leg was going to give.
One of the announcers asked James if he was going to be able to play against Miami Heat and James was not sure. James already has missed 11 games due to injury this year and I'm going to have to say this one has been the craziest one. James missed there second meet with the Miami Heat due to injury and James knew that he was going to play this game. James agreed that this meet was going to end differently, but that is not what happened. I thought for sure that the Cavaliers had this game, but Miami had another thing for the Cavaliers.
I thought for sure they were going to let Kyrie Irving and Lebron James sit this game since it's going to be playoffs soon, but that was not the case. Well, James did sit for a little while and did not seem to be a major factor in the game against the Heat. Kyrie Irving played the whole game and did not sit and I was surprised. The Miami Heat are not a major threat this year and probably won't make the playoff, but anything can happen. Most dominant teams will sit there best players against not so good teams and that was what I thought the Cavaliers were going to do, but that did not happen.
For the Miami Heat they came out with a strong win against the Cavaliers. I have no idea what happened to the Heat, but they were all clicking yesterday. Dwayne Wade went for 32 points and it seems that all of his shots were going in. Wade was a major factor in the win and if it were not for Whiteside, who was stopping plays and blocking shots, the Miami Heat would have not won. I'm super glad that the Heat won because now I can brag about the Heat winning. Since, the Heat won against the Cavaliers, the Heat move up to a better record to get into the playoff picture.
I'm just glad that the Miami Heat are still pushing to make it in the playoffs, but they need to win the rest of there games to get in. If the Miami Heat don't make it in the playoffs than that is fine, but I want to see them in the playoffs. The Heat are not the strongest time, but they can sure play together and that is what I noticed when I watched them play against the Cavaliers. Overall, the Heat will always be my team and if they don't make than they don't make. The Heat will always have next year to try and make it.

Doran Dragic playing against his old team (Suns)
This game was not a game at all, the Suns were out to hurt the Miami Heat players. I'm glad that no one got really hurt, but I am disappointed on the way the Suns played. Talking about injuries, Dwayne Wade is back from his hamstring injury. I have not experienced any hamstring injuries, but that has to be painful. Another injury was Dragic who was playing with back spasms and he did not want to miss this game at all. Dragic had one wish for his birthday, and his wish was to beat the Suns.
When Dragic was leaving the Suns to get traded to the Heat, his former teammates called him selfish for trading him to the Heat last month. That has to be disappointing to know that your own teammates that you played for a long time with would go and call you names for leaving. I do get that they are going to be mad, but if they were your true teammates they would understand. That would be devastating to me if I knew that my former teammates were going to be calling me names for leaving. I'm happy that Dragic played through his back spasms and added 21 points against the Suns.
It was not all Dragic this game, but more of Tyler Johnson who scored 26 points off the bench. Tyler is only signed with the Heat for only 10 day, but I'm glad that he played. During the game there was three ejections, two flagrant fouls, and six player technicals and I hope these players get some kind of punishment for not playing the game right. I saw a recap of the game and some plays that players did get ejected or thrown out of the game was a right call by the references. One play that has stuck in my mind is when Dragic got the ball and started running down for a fast break. Morris who is a Suns player went after Dragic and tried blocking it, but got Dragic by the neck area. That kind of play scares me because he could have broke his neck or could have broke something.
This was a must win for the Heat because Dragic's teammates knew that Dragic wanted to win against his former team. The Miami Heat team were not going to lose this game and have Dragic disappointed. Most of the players who replied to what happened during the game said that it was suppose to be Dragic Vs. Suns, but there was a lot more that happened. I'm not sure what Dragic is thinking or feeling towards his former team right now for the way they treated him, but he has to be thinking bad stuff about them.
Overall, this game was kind of exciting to watch, but kind of scary. I'm really glad that no one was really hurt and that the game was controlled. Even though Dragic had back spasms, he still played and I'm happy that he was able to get the win against his former team. If I were a Suns fan I would be embarrassed on how the Suns played because to me it looked like they were out to hurt the Miami Heat team. It is a mans sport and basketball can get out of hand a little, but the refs have to control the game and that's what they did. All I have to say is I don't like the Suns and I'm really happy that the Heat won.
Hassan Whiteside suspend 1 Game
On March 10, 2015, the Miami Heat went up against the Boston Celtics in Miami's hometown. I was watching this game and I thought this was going to be an easy win for Miami because they’re in their hometown, but that was not the case. I was completely surprised when I saw Whiteside intentionally elbow the Boston Celtics center Kelly Olynyk in the back of the neck in the latter part of the third quarter. I was mad for what Whiteside did to Kelly. I’m not sure if Kelly and Whiteside were getting really physical under the rim, ir Whiteside did that because he was mad. To me that was really uncalled for and I’m glad that Whiteside is getting banned for one game.
I do understand that Whiteside is young yet and he is new to the NBA, but that does not give him the right to get mad at another player and try to take him out. Whiteside could have ended his career in the NBA if Kelly got seriously injured from that blow to the neck. I know in the game of basketball you get heated because that player may be better than you are or do something to make you get mad, but you should not hurt him. Whiteside got a flagrant foul call on the play and was ejected for the hit. During that game Whiteside only scored seven points and nine rebounds.
Whiteside was doing so well when he first started out, but now he is becoming someone else. Before the elbow that hit Kelly, Whiteside got into a fight with Phoenix Suns center Alex Len and they were both ejected from the game. I’m amazed that the head of the NBA has not done anything to Whiteside. Usually, players will get fined money for doing wrong things while playing basketball, but this time Whiteside was only banned for one game. I do believe that players who get ejected or get flagrant fouls should be fined a good amount of money and banned for a couple of games.
Whiteside is a main contributor for the Miami Heat and they need him to play. I’m not sure what Whiteside’s problem is right now and why he is getting into fights. This is his second outburst in the last two weeks and that is not good. His teammate Wade has some bad things to say to Whiteside and I hope that kicks Whiteside into gear. I hope that he does not get into trouble when he comes back from getting banned for one game. I really want Whiteside to be an awesome player and to me that is what he was showing before he got into these two altercations.
Overall very NBA player has a bad couple of days and I don’t wish that on anyone. I still think what Whiteside did to Kelly was a wrong thing to do. I hope that Whiteside admits that he was wrong for elbowing Kelly in the back of the neck and says he is sorry. I hope while Whiteside is banned that he learns his lesson and comes back strong. Whiteside is an awesome player and is still young, but he needs to learn to control his anger.
