The Cavaliers went up against the Heat in Brazil! Some people say that the game was suppose to be about Lebron James going up against his former teammates. That was not the case, it was all about Kevin Love who was a scoring machine in that game. I did not get to watch that game but I'm sure that it was a good game. For me, I'm very excited for this year to come and get to see all the new up raising stars.
Throughout the whole game Lebron James only scored seven points for twenty minutes he played. The top score for the Cavaliers was Kevin Love who was on fire. Love scored twenty-seven point in that game and people say that he looked better than ever. His shot was looking better and he was looking more confident in the game. For the Heat the leading scorer was Chris Bosh who had seventeen points through the whole game.
From the highlights that I saw, I thought the game was going to be more tense than it really was. One of the highlights showed Lebron James screening on of his own players, now I don't know if that was a mistake or he just did that, but that to me was funny. I get that it's just a practice games and all but the players should be able to have fun before they get serious. Leading up to this game former teammates Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh did not contact Lebron or anything like that.
Lebron James did everything for the Miami Heat, for the past four years that he spent in Long Beach, James took the Heat to four finals and they won two titles. I think that James wants return home or maybe there was a little more to his decision on why he wanted to go back to Cleveland Cavaliers that we don't know. Overall, I think that maybe it was good idea that James left the Heat, maybe Wade and come back stronger this year. I think Wade had relied on James to much and that maybe apart on why James left.
I hope this season that is coming up is going to be a interesting one. I hope there is some excitement in the season and not lame. I really want to see good competition in all the players, I would like to see go to the NBA Finals is that team that has not been recognized. I don't know what team that is but I hope to see one.
I watched the game and honestly i think it was all about the bench players and rookies. Yeah yeah yeah! Kevin Love was the big factor for the Cavaliers, but I think it was not about him. The bench was putting on a show from both sides. Shabazz with his two clutch free throws near the head to tie the game and head into overtime was crazy. It had me on the tips of my feet. I was kind of expecting the game to go into overtime though. It was a great show from both sides. People thought it was the emotions of LeBron playing his former teammates. Yeah, it was a little bit of that. BUT! LeBron did not really show up to play. It was just a show to put on to say me and the heat roster that I left are still friends, but I think only Dwyane Wade is the only player to still respect LeBron and his decision to go back to Cleveland.
ReplyDeleteI think it is hilarious that LeBron screened his own teammate. I highly believe that he shouldn't have left Miami if it was going to be hard playing against his former team. You can only leave your team if you feel 100% about it. It is true that they kind of relied of LeBron to win. It is true that they relied on him because it felt like he was the only one playing hard. There were days when the rest of the team played hard, but it was mostly LeBron doing it.
